Also, the negative life experiences that everyone involved in this case seems to think makes this TIM so exceptional and deserving of extra sympathy and leeway are commonplace experiences for many females. Low self-esteem, family trauma, a childhood with many unfortunate experiences, repeatedly being sexualized by others, a history of being sexually assaulted by men, not being taken seriously or accorded respect by others, barriers to obtaining education, discrimination in employment, boyfriends who cheated and were uncaring, exploitive, abusive ... That and far worse is the "lived experience" of lots of women I know. Hell, that's my lived experience as a young woman.

But women don't customarily respond to the crap we've been through in life by going around sexually molesting men and pretending the bad hand we've been dealt in life somehow gives us license to ignore professional responsibilities and basic common decency by treating people put in our care like they are subhumans objects put there for us to use and abuse like this. And this guy has the nerve to complain about other people sexualizing him - sheesh.
