The one and only time I saw this was at a conference FOR WOMEN, back in 2019. They had a table with all the pins spread out on them. Most were she/her, some were he/him (men were allowed at this conference, despite the focus being for women), and they/them. They also had other pins like INTROVERT and EXTROVERT and other random things.

I didn't take one. It felt weird. And this was before I became aware of gender BS. Yes, it is dehumanizing, like plastering a label on yourself. A nametag makes sense. Pronouns, no.
