Can you debunk these claims please?
1) "The words "girl", "woman", "boy", and "man" are colloquially used to mean gender roles, and not biological sex"
2) "There is no reason why the words "girl", "woman", "boy", and "man" should only mean "female child", "adult human female", "male child", and "adult human male" respectively"
3) "As long as a male passes as a "female", and engages in activities associated with "females", he is perceived as a female in society. And as long as a female passes as a "male", and engages in activities associated with "males", she is perceived as a male in society. Society's perception determines one's sex. The words "male", "female", "man", "woman", "boy" and "girl" can not only refer to biological sex, but also gender roles"
4) "Women and girls can have penises. Men and boys can have vaginas. It's the 2020s and to reduce people to their reproductive roles, genitals and gametes is biological essentialism. Women are not walking wombs that are only there to give birth, right? Why are you defining "woman" and "man" based on reproductive roles, genitals and gametes? How is that not dehumanizing?"
5) "There are males that pass and present as "females" and are perceived as females in society. They look pretty damn female, so how can they still be males? How can what they experience be a male's experience?"
Apart from that, there is disagreement on the definitions of male and female, and many claim "sex is a social construct like race and specie are". There is such a thing as "the specie problem" making specie a social construct:

"Sex is a social construct like race is a social construct": https://thatdiabolicalfeminist.tumblr.com/post/136070295954/sex-is-a-social-construct-in-much-the-same-way
They bring up race, and call anyone who recognizes sex as something real and not a social construct "racist". "You're as bad as race realists that think race is real and not socially constructed. You're racist".

"Sex is arbitrary and socially constructed like the category of specie is socially constructed and not real, see specie problem. There's no such thing as male or female, just as there is no such thing as human, rabbit, banana, etc": https://thedeadflag.tumblr.com/post/164512829858/philsandifer-froborr-unnounblr?is_related_post=1#notes

"Sex is a social construct": https://blogs.lshtm.ac.uk/depth/2020/03/16/biological-sex-is-social/
The articles cite certain sources to back up their claim that "sex is socially constructed, a man-made category that can not be found outside human societies"
7) "If female is an organism with eggs and female sex organs, and male is an organism with sperm and male sex organs, then how come prepubescent children are not sexless? How come someone doesn't become sexless if they remove their sex organs in surgery? How come, if a woman undergoes surgical procedures and removes all her sex organs, she doesn't become sexless, or less female and more male, despite not having what makes an organism female (eggs and female sex organs)?
How come, if a man undergoes surgical procedures and removes all his sex organs, he doesn't become sexless, or less male and more female, despite not having what makes an organism male (sperm and male sex organs)?"
8) "Intersex people show that sex is a spectrum, and not a binary. There are intersex females with penises, and intersex males with uteruses, which shows us penises, testes, etc are not male-only organs and females can have them too, and uteruses, vaginas, ovaries, etc are not female-only organs and males can have them too"
9) "Intersex people show us XX and XY are not the only chromosome combinations that exist. If sex is based on chromosomes, then there are more than two sexes, because there are more than the two XX and XY combinations of chromosomes"
The nature article, "sex redefined", "biologists think there is a wider spectrum than male and female", goes more in depth: https://www.nature.com/articles/518288a
10) "Sex organs and chromosomes are hidden inside the body, or under clothes. And we can not see them directly when we look at someone. It's useless and pointless to know or care about the biological sex of someone. And it's invasive, perverse, and reductive to define someone on the basis of their sex organs, and gametes. People are more than their sex organs and reproductive roles. It's dehumanizing to think otherwise"
11) "Intersex people are not male or female. Even if most humans are either male or female, intersex people are a third sex, a third group, and outside the binary"
12) "Sex can change through hormones, and surgery"
13) "A neopenis is a penis and a neovagina is a vagina. As long as the neovagina looks, feels and functions like a vagina, it is a vagina. And as long as a neopenis looks, feels, and functions like a penis, it is a penis. If a man removes his sex organs, and is given a neovagina, he becomes a woman and changes sex, and if a woman removes her sex organs, and is given a neopenis, she becomes a man and changes sex"
