Hypergamy was always a thing for females since the time we were monkeys throwing shit at each other. We managed to get it suppressed for a few thousand years through culture and civilization by severely punishing women who got pregnant out of wedlock, but with things like feminism and birth control our collective pimp hands grew too weak and we lost control of our hoes. Jews have very little to do with it outside of perhaps profiting off from the decadence here and there, but if they didn't someone else would have either way. I blame nature and modern societies lack of balls to reign it, not "the jews".

BTW, Elliot Rodger was jewish.
