Until half a year ago, I was "actively" blackpilled, so to speak. I would often have bouts of severe depression and my self esteem plummeted.

It's now been 5 months since I've taken the decision to be whitepilled. In order to do this, I started by interacting less with blackpill content online. While I still wholeheartedly accept blackpilled truths (such as lookism and genetic determinism), I do not let them emotionally affect me as much as they did before. This has had immense positive effects on my confidence. While I am aware it is unlikely any girl would be sexually interested in me, I have learnt, more or less, to simply accept my fate without bitterness, simply because such negative emotions are detrimental to my mental well being.
