Hi! I've seen a post about a little revenge at the top of the feed and decided to share my experience. I called it micro-revenge because it wasn't anything borderline criminal or damaging, on the contrary it would fit the meme with the howling puppy in a flower field nicely.

Anyways, we were having a walk with a few friends and my crush. I don't remember exactly our destination, but it was a long walk. Suddenly an old crush's friend appeared and joined our little stroll. He's always been a complete asshole to me, and this time wasn't an exception. As soon as he joined he started harassing me, making derogatory comments and questions etc.

A couple of years prior to that I also remember calling my crush on the landline, but instead of her he was the one to answer the phone and would harass and threaten me there too. And a few years since this encounter he's been put into to a psychiatric clinic if I'm correct, which is also nice. But I digress.

So, we're walking, he's talking shit, clinging to my crush, and it's gonna be a long walk. But then I had an idea! I counted us and figured that there were 5 people. And a taxi can only take 4 people. So I tell everyone that it's cold and I'll call a cab for us. In a few minutes we get our cab and then I say - "yeah, <asshole_name>, it's time to board the cab. But sadly we won't all fit, and we were on our way so I'm afraid we'll have to leave you". You had to see his eyes - all the arrogance he was so full of suddenly evaporated, and instead of an "alpha male" a borderline crying child was looking me in the eyes, asking something like: "wait, really? :(" Innocent lamb eyes.

We boarded the taxi and I felt really good because I was able to both have my micro revenge but at the same time I didn't lower myself to his level, didn't cause intentional damage, just used the situation to my benefit.
