Spaghetti Carbonara - Easy to make in 20 minutes with only a few recipes

Pasta carbonara
boil water in a pot and add a little bit of salt, not too much because the other ingredients are already salty. Add the pasta when the water starts boiling.
in a pan cook some cubed bacon bits (you can buy this in a supermarket) Maybe add a clove of garlic for taste but its not needed, cook the bacon until its crispy brown, don't add oil or butter in the pan, the bacon fat will dissolve from the heat, spice the bacon with abundant black pepper.
in a bowl crack 2 eggs and mix it up, add grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese to the mix
don't overcook the pasta, make sure its Al dente, if u make regular spaghetti, 8-9 minutes is enough, when the pasta is done, add it to the pan and mix it with the bacon and the fat, don't pour the pasta water away, add half of a cup of the pasta water to the pan with the pasta and bacon and stir it to cool it down.
now add the bowl with egg mix to the pan and mix it with the pasta and bacon, make sure you don't cook the eggs, add more pasta water if u need it creamier.
finish with more Parmesan and more black pepper.
