What does it mean to be trans when gender dysphoria is no longer a medically recognized disorder and individuals don't need dysphoria to be trans?
submitted 1 year ago by Sunflowerdevyl from self.LGBT
What is "trans"? Why does 'trans' deserve medical intervention when it is no longer a recognized disorder? Why should the public at large be forced to recognize someone as 'trans' the same way they are legally obligated to recognize ethnic identities when 'trans' is an ideology anyone can id into? At what point is 'trans' the same as 'emo' or 'goth'?
