the only reliable sign of lesbianism is being attracted to other women. everything else is just stereotypes

Well, you aren't straight either, do you? :)

I just find most chairs really uncomfortable.

Anecdotal data warning: growing up I noticed that I barely saw guys change position in seats a lot. They tend to sit in chairs as intended, backwards, or while manspreading. That lead me to jokingly wonder if it was because most chairs are designed without women in mind or if chairmakers are all coincidentally really bad at their job.

After reading the book Invisible Women though there might be more truth to my teenage observations than I thought.

This just blew my mind. I've definitely noticed this too and I've always been below average height so in a lot of chairs my feet don't even touch the floor flat.

I feel like car seats are the worst for this. They are so BIG and bend in all the wrong places. My lower back region can never get comfortable, headrests are useless, and my feet always feel like they're placed awkwardly. The worst is when products supposedly designed for women/everybody are just man version but small. No account ever taken for our proportions.

My posture is actually very good. It probably has a lot to do with bucking bales and riding horses competitively for 35 years. Hands in the pockets was a no fly zone as a kid. If you got caught standing with your hands in your pockets your work load got doubled, because “If you can stand around like that you clearly have to much free time”.

I was rolling paint with one hand in my pocket and my boss was like “for Christ’s sake, try and look less casual...”

I can send your boss a few stern faced retired performance horse trainers/coaches that just like yelling at people and would do it for free lol

I spend most of my day sitting in a saddle, even when I go to sit on the couch I can’t let go of all the years of having coaches yelling about proper seated position out of my head. BTW, kickboxing is a good time at one point it was my favorite way to blow off steam.

😂😂😂 Your answer made me laugh! My experience is quite similar. I also have a really good posture thanks to my dad :), who wouldn't stop bothering me since I'm a kid and telling me to maintain a good posture all the time, otherwise I could develop back issues yadda yadda 😂

Is this sub a joke? A sign of lesbianism? No wonder we aren't taken as seriously as desired. This along with other recent posts make me quite disgusted that I get roped in with the rest of you sometimes.

Editing because I shouldn't have snapped, but this thread just reads as a playful thread to me, and you took the opportunity to feel superior to other people again, as you always do. It's fucking tiring. But I shouldn't have snapped at you.

Personally, based on my experience and people I've met, no. But curious to know other people's opinion.
