JCP, a troll who has said how he hates Reddit, continues to be an embarrassment to moderators everywhere.
In this thread: https://old.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/9x0wwz/money_advice_is_usually_for_middle_class_people/ , despite a well articulated sub statement from User_Name13, JCP decides it has nothing to do with conspiracies. This is some of the biggest gaslighting I've seen in a while, and it's coming from a mod. What a sad state of affairs that has befallen r/conspiracy.
r/conspiracy is a meeting ground for those interested in conspiracies to engage in 'free thinking.' Moderators have instead joined in the chorus of "What's the conspiracy" spammers that seek to destroy any cohesion on the sub. By constantly gaslighting posters, this campaign seeks to take away any dot connecting abilities under the guise of protecting the sub from "spam"'
We all know that the rich conspire to fuck over the poor. Sharing stories about this should be par for the course.
Here is User_Name13's sub statement:
Most Americans are so poor now that the money advice for them is null and void, because these people have been trapped in a cycle of debt by a predatory economic system, rigged by the moneyed elite to favor them in every way possible, and siphon what little wealth remains with the middle class for themselves in the top 1%, but mostly for the top .1%.
Money advice is for the middle class, whatever little remains of that. The rest of the America, I would hazard around 60% of the country, the poor and working poor, aren't provided any real valuable information from money advice because they are simply too poor to afford to save anything.
More than 40% of the adults in this country can't afford a $400 emergency. That is how badly we have been fucked over in this country and at the same time the wealthiest 1% and .1% have never been wealthier at any time in American history, than they are right now, even during the Robber Baron, Gilded age of the Rockefellers and Morgans things weren't as unequal as they are right now among the rich and poor.
Meanwhile medical bills are the number 1 cause of bankruptcy in this country and the inherent stress of having to work crazy hours just to keep your head above water, 2 and 3 jobs for many Americans, and not even being able to afford to take time off when you are sick is actually killing people.
America is an over-stressed, over-worked country and the working people need a fucking break. The rich have done better these past 40 years than they ever have in recorded history, I don't think giving the plebs healthcare and a livable wage is asking too much.
