What did William Goldman say in one of his brilliant non-fiction books about Hollywood? Nobody knows anything. Meaning nobody knows what's going to be a hit. That was thirty or so years ago and now, with the second-guessing that woke necessitates, there is not the tiniest clue out there. My Son Hunter looks like a wiener to me.

Yeah, I gotta get up off my wallet and watch it.

I've only seen the trailer and am hoping a copy will drop in my lap.

That's what I thought but maybe a tad bit too political for your show.

It's fine. I love talking about politics too.

Continuity matters when selling a product based on nostalgia. If they remade the Jungle Book to feature Mogli to be Italian or Alladin to be based in Chinatown, I'd be somewhat critical of the decision. With the current state of cinema and an apparent inability to derive creative originality beyond remakes and sequels, you'd think they would be more attentive toward their audiences expectations.

Sadly, that's not the point. The point now is to engineer society.
