In New Zealand they warn everyone who is injected about the risk of the 'rare' myocarditis. It was rare but its not rare if you're going to give it to everyone.

The studies show 60% chance on micro-bloodclots, via the D-dimer test.
Most of the tested people show auto-immunity signatures in the blood.
In studies where all people are tested 78% report some side-effects.

I don't think that any of this is rare. It is just rare that it is reported in the media.
