what a relief it is to know the CIA found itself of no wrong-doing! I'm pretty sure any criminal would do the same, if they could "investigate" their own criminal activity!

I agree, the CIA had nothing to do with the crack trade. The CIA imported cocaine and the dealers on the street turned powder cocaine into crack cocaine. Crack cocaine falls on the dealers, not the CIA, the CIA only dealt with powder cocaine and whatever the dealers did after that falls on the dealers. The CIA aint lying on this one.

Well also people became addicted to such an extent because they had miserable lives. Plenty of people take addictive prescription drugs for their health and don't get addicted because they don't have the need for that in their lives. During the crack epidemic it was noted that it was often women becoming addicted while with most other drugs, including alcohol, men have much higher addiction rates than women. We all know the shit black women have to put up with.
