It's a funny idea. These gender manipulators are coming at the public from all angles.

But... I call bullshit.

She's young, and reasonably attractive, which is (baseline) statistically improbable in the era of obesity.

Multiply that, against the odds of a double mastectomy without scars...

And multiply all of that, against the odds of retaining breast symmetry after a breast removal boob job.

It's gotta be bullshit, but I don't regret analyzing the material either.

Handling breasts of perfection, without nipples, would be odd.
