I've already accepted that we live in a clown world where girls become the masturbatory/ fuck property of males from pretty much the moment they grow a micrometer of breast tissue and no one gives a shit, including them. So whatever. I'm just here to hate men until I die.

I think, if they don't see through the smoke and mirrors to the problem with it and consequences of it, then it is going to be a lesson one day, and an unfortunate part of their journey as a woman on Earth. Some have to take that path to reach enlightenment. I think they could be spending their time a million better ways, of course. I remember my limited view of the world back then, when showing my naked body was on the darker and more taboo side of things. Little did I know how deep that rabbit hole went...it simply didn't bear the same weight as it does to my experienced self. I imagine it is similar for young women who experiment with only fans as a form of income.

I agree with both of the previous posters.

I think it's true most women go through this sort of journey when we first realize our only worth (as perceived by others) is in our looks. We try to play into the system and win and it can feel like a win in the very short term. Especially if you're attractive enough. And I think that's where those teenage girls doing only fans are at, at the beginning of the journey.

The problem is realizing how this system actively holds you back, literally objectifies you, dehumanizes you, contributes to your struggling in all other areas of your life. Makes you emotionally and personally unfulfilled, leaves you feeling empty inside. This is all happening all while you're "winning" inside of the system already. But then even this brief window when you can trick yourself into thinking you showing your tits for money is somehow empowering you and not men expires. And once you've played into that system and your expiry date is up, you won't even have that cope.

Teenage girls, like teenage boys, are insecure and seek validation. Cultural norms dictate validation means sexual interest from men so teenage girls act accordingly. Libfem sells them this fairy tale that objectifying yourself is somehow benefiting them and not the men getting off on their objectification and it's a wrap.

But I also agree that no one really seems to give a shit. A lot of women get stuck at the beginning of the journey.

This. I went through this journey myself, on top of struggling with my sexuality (lesbian). I wanna send this to all my female friends because I know I've heard similar themese from many of them. Lib fem really does sell women and girls a fairy tale of women's empowerment that not only benefits men but actively harms women and girls, I hope more of us peak soon and start reclaiming feminism for females.
