What is a "ban evasion" on a platform designed to be anonymous? I can understand "banning" a specific account, but how can a user be banned when the user does not consent to be identified beyond his specific account? In other words, how do you hold a person accountable based on information that he does not consent nor authorize to give, and which is neither required nor even asked for when signing up?
Thus, isnt a "ban evasion" a total violation of the terms and conditions upon which this platform is based? To hold a person accountable for something done on another account for which no personal information was given is a gross and profound violation of trust. It means that this site is very different than it purports to be.
