Thumbnails are generating again, even without submitting a ticket. This is the rest of the picture I was trying to share.

Are there domains that block saidit from embedding images?

Sometimes SaidIt has to write into code that they will display thumbnails for certain sites. Even though those other site(s) allow embeds by default, SaidIt may still have to implement the display because of how the original Reddit code was so many years back. IMO, SaidIt does a much better job than several other smaller sites.

It's good to bring up that the domain images aren't displaying, but since this site is run by just a couple people, it would be even better if you were able to point towards where in the code they need to make the change. Much easier for the very few who keep the site going to implement it then.

If Saidit was able to generate thumbnails from the host in the past, and nothing changed at the image host, then it is more likely something went wrong or was changed at Saidit. Maybe a reboot was all that was needed. I think thumbnails are showing up again on new posts.
