We have had 0 (zero) gag orders, National Security requests, FISA orders, injunctions, super-injunctions, publication bans, nor any free-speech prohibiting sanction against d3rr or magnora7, nor against any other contributor to saidit, nor against saidit, nor against any signed-in user of saidit, nor against any guest user of saidit.

We have not been contacted by the NSA, nor by the FBI, nor by the CIA, nor by the DOJ, nor by the FCC, nor by any other three-letter governmental agency, nor by any US governmental agency at all regarding saidit. We have not been contacted by local, county, state, or federal police regarding saidit. We have not been contacted by any lawyers or other law enforcement regarding saidit. We have not had any censorship problems with the associated ISP at the location we currently are hosted. We have not been contacted by any foreign agencies or foreign governments regarding saidit. We have not been contacted by any representative of the EU, nor by any representative from any country within the EU, nor Russia, nor China, nor Israel, nor the UK, nor Canada, nor Switzerland nor any North or South American country, nor any European, African or Asian countries.

That's not a bird, it's a fish! Specifically, a red herring.

Just because no legal request has been made for your data doesn't mean it's not fully collected and stored in the Utah data center, or one of its lesser-known sister sites.

But it is good to know they're not after us legally yet.

Actually. If we are on Canary #19... That usually means the last 18 canaries have died. The latest being just before this posting. Or in other words the 18th request that fits the above criteria has occurred.

Though nobody on the admin can explicitly state such. Unless we are using these canaries incorrectly. At which point, we should still be on Canary #1.

Canaries have to be updated, this is the equivalent of updating the "Last updated" date on Canary #1. I suppose that without posts expiring on SaidIt, this process could be done as an update to the Canary #1 post instead.

There is an element of bullshit to this whole Canary thing in general for sure :D There's no court orders that I'm aware of, just the SaidIt web host being bitches and SaidIt using CloudFlare.

Usually how canaries work. Is, you post a new canary, if the old one died. Similar to the "there have been zero accidents in 00 days" sign. The fact that we are on Canary #19, usually implies, they have reset the clock 18 times. Or to say what an Admin can explicitly not say, "There have been a minimum of 18 requests since the first canary was posted."
