This popped up on my Nextdoor feed, and it's appeared a few times in different contexts, particularly relating to a local hip-hop festival. The claim is basically that if black people want to play hip-hop at obnoxiously loud volumes that annoy lots of residents of the surrounding neighborhoods, those residents just have to put up with it because it's a "cultural" thing. And if you call the police because black people are playing music too loud, you're committing an act of racial violence.
