I had been a lazy and unmotivated person when I was at secondary school, and I felt depressed. But when the Covid-19 had broken out, I just stayed at home and that time, I decided to do a few fundamental exercises for my body include three simple workouts including: push-up, squat and pull-up.
I do 15-35 push-ups in a row, if you are beginner, you should do as much as possible while you can't push anymore and then your endurance would increase and you are able to perform much more. But remember that you must do properly technique or you won't gain any better. Squat seems is the easiest in three. You can watch video on YouTube like "How to squat properly technique", and "Trust me, your body would change drastically in the initial times'". But when I tried pull-up, I really have a few struggles, owning to feeling back muscle is unmanifested. I had searched very much on internet and most of professors said that you should do negative pull-up first and then Australia pull-up (I don't know where is its original meaning?), you will feel your back muscle a few times later.
Doing these workouts is quite well, you can get more confident (I'm definitely) and change your mind, the more push-ups you perform, the cleverer you get. I hope this short blog could help you change a little in your life. "Tr#h673@8o74"
