The Western World! F* Yeah! We're going to eat untill we Motherf*ing implode like a theoretic blackhole!

We have AA and AA-like support groups across the Western World, we need that for these kind of people. Therapy (which is advised by the doctor from 'my 600lb life' -series) is as crucial for these people as it is for alocholic or other drug addicts.

He seems happy with his video games, and that's good. I don't know if anyone has really sat down with him, and gone through some of the more horrible health risks with him. He does move his weight well, but his body is the perfect environment for parasites; low oxygen, and lots of fuel to feed them.

Another big risk for those larger like this man, is having to enter an acute long term care facility for airway management; the belly bands can get so heavy, they restrict the diaphragm.
