English is the world backbone in trade, communication, and commerce. This move will only push Americans down further.

As long as it's legible, handwriting shouldn't matter.

I now await a college professor getting in trouble for giving a bad grade to an essay that's literally illegible.

Also, aren't almost all college essays typed now days?

I don't know, I've read younger people online asking for help 'deciphering' cursive writing.
