In all the political talks over which is better, capitalism, socialism, or communism; these are the only three choices we ever hear about.....

Why don't we hear about a free Republic, void of crippling regulations, and a sound currency based on something other than fiat? We'd be fine, but never mind that, right!

My question though, why don't they ever give us this as a choice? It would be great, we could burn a defunct piece of legislation per week until all gone.

It makes sense, let me give you an example, I think driver's licenses, and car licenses shouldn't exist, but we could compromise slowly through time for those who think they're necessary. Wouldn't it make more sense that the license in your pocket, have car registration, and insurance tied to it? Instead of having to buy car tags, and individual insurance(per car), the DL alone would dictate complete compliance in any rig you drive. This would help everyone, it would certainly make driving less of a hassle, with less paperwork, and also really help in some niche areas....

Yet, again, we never hear about deregulation, only almost a team like energy, steering us into the created atmosphere cheering for what they give us as choices.

Back to the linked article, this billionaire notes that the rich getting richer, and with privilege over the average common man, won't stop, and that something needs to be done to stop the 'coming uprising'.... His solution wasn't for deregulation, and freedom, his solution, was that his ilk, the billionaires need to figure something out.....

Well of course they'll figure something out, but what of the rest of us?
