I was a reddit refugee that went to voat in the early days, when they were a shiny new site. Now it's a shithole that I refuse to 'sign in' just to see their content. Thanks for posting the info, I will try a different way to get the story.

But, he's reportedly in stable condition...

The first video included Spanish speaking witnesses recording the event from the upper floor of some building, which lent perspective that this was in Spanish speaking Europe.

I suddenly had a mental image of being chased by Spanish riot police and shouting out the only Spanish phrase that would probably come to mind, as I flee...
