I like how most people don't realize that almost every business with monopolizing tendencies fucks them off.

Last time i was at subways and ate their air (called bread) was in 2005.

There are moments like this. Moments when i'm really proud of myself for omitting stuff other people rather adopt.

Happy moments.

Saying "No" to a thing and going through with it is probably the strongest weapon, people as "consumers" have.

Wow, good to hear I share this behaviour with at least one person :)
It is the strongest weapon consumers have, but it was so difficult at the beginning.

I didn't read your article, but Subway sandwiches don't actually have a lot of sugar.

It is 5-8 grams of sugar per sandwich except for the BBQ rib. A can of cola has 42 grams of sugar. Bread made at home might have more sugar than that.

I wouldn't take Subway's word for it. There were studies done that found their "chicken" was ~50% soy and they just denied it. https://draxe.com/health/subway-chicken-meat/

(Claiming that an official source is lying is not a valid counter argument. See: Food labelling laws concerning sugar content.)

Whatever you say buddy. I'd be more concerned with the levels of PUFAs and glyphosate anyway.

A teaspoon of sugar is 4.8g, to put how small an amount this is in perspective. A medium apple contains ~16g of sugar.
