New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has extended the country’s unpopular and extremely repressive national Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown

This must be some new meaning of "unpopular".

New Zealanders have consistently supported even the toughest anti-Covid measures. About 80% rated the government’s Covid-19 response as overall good, according to polling commissioned by the Spinoff in February, and 59% rated the response as “excellent”.

But crucially, both the current lockdown and New Zealand’s overall tough elimination strategy have support from across the political spectrum. Unlike the US or UK, New Zealand has not had a cohort of elected politicians who built a political brand and identity on rejecting Covid lockdowns, masks, or other public health measures.

Edit: Natural News seems to be using it's own definition of most adjectives. As well a quite a few nouns.

For example the headline "Study: People vaccinated for covid carry 251 times the normal viral load, threatening the unvaccinated" should read "Study: People infected with the delta variant carry 251 times the normal viral load, threatening the unvaccinated". The study did not find that vaccinated carried a greater viral load than the unvaccinated. There were no unvaccinated people in the study, and all recovered uneventfully.

What a dangerous time to be spreading this kind of anti-vaccination misinformation. Are those people at "Natural News" sociopaths?
