To get a general sense of what's happening in the real world, watch heavily promoted and financed Hollywood blockbusters. Whatever narrative is being pushed, the almost exact opposite is likely the case. The insidious reversal is, ironically, especially egregious in 'based on a true story' and 'historical' films.

Also, remember to never take any 'actor' (pretender) opinions on current events seriously. These poor lost souls are typically suffering from some or other narcissistic disorder. This weakness allows sociopaths to use them as conduits for their self-serving bullshit, now mouthed by good-looking pretend 'heroic' characters/spokespeople. It's due to a need for approval and even adulation why 'actors' accept what, in truth, is the abject humiliation of dressing up and mouthing off the words that others have thought up.
