I wouldn 't spend too much energy hating. For the most part, the stuff the theists choose to believe doesn't make a bit of difference.

Au contraire, wide-spread beliefs turn into laws that affect all of us. You're right that spending energy hating is a waste of time, unless you do something about it. Hate drives change.
OP: Learn "Street Epistemology" if you want to help religious people start questioning their beliefs.
