How do the other posts evade the GLP ban?

Doesn't matter if you sing the lyrics to 'Happy Birthday' you can get yourself banned in just one post which nobody replies yet for some reason there are hundreds of posts with hundreds of replies. I don't know how they evade the ban filter. Who are 'They' anyways?

(Un) Godlike Productions Ban. Everytime you make a post you get instant banned even if you just sing the lyrics to Mary Had A Little Lamb yet hundreds of other 'posts' get thru.
