Reports of torture quite real and isolation incarceration abound. Why do we not have the 6th Applied to these J6 accused in the news every damn day?

I suggested it to the prosecutor once when I was defending myself pro se. He kind of laughed and said appeals courts had pretty much eviscerated that right, and that the hweels of justice turn slowly.
