solutions are to force the government to initiate violence, as they are, and meanwhile organize crowdfunded and crowdsourced legal action against corrupt public servants

totally agree with this except that the justice/legal systems have also been bought and paid for when it comes to holding TPTB accountable. All systems are corrupted and are now used against the people much of the time.
