I am unaware of the economic gauge used to understand whether or not we are in a crisis or not - but HOLY SHIT. Take a look at a city near you (In the USA) and chances are that countless homes are hitting the market. I sorted them by NEW and I saw listings popping up that said "1 minute", or "10 minutes ago", I mean just countless listing that wouldn't stop coming.
At what point have we reached a crisis? Is this going to be part of a true economic collapse?
I even searched in a beach town near me and the entire island looked like it had chicken pockets. Not one bit of bare land, every single inch of the virtual map was covered in red dots that symbolized "FOR SALE HOMES".
Just wondering what you guys are seeing where you live and what is to come.
