Despite the technological advances being made when it comes to sharing information, there's been an increasing effort in order to destroy people's trust in any kind of authority. The huge amount of information available makes people cynical about most things and children in particular suffer a lot because of this, with pop culture becoming their main source of values.

It is up to all of us that care about our nations to build trust among our fellows and create our own ways of opposing the government. Not just in the terms of the media warfare, but also when it comes to changing things for the better for everyone.

Oh I don't know. With half of the US wearing masks and lining up for a suss vaccine I would say there is still a reasonable measure of trust out there.

Isolation definitely seems to be a key part of how the gov't is playing out covid.

That being said, this aspect is very fightable, by everyone and anyone.

TALK to people, in person, about what you know and notice, discuss how the media is inaccurate, question it aloud. It's ok to say. We haven't lost the right to speak up, yet. We will if we don't use it. The silence surrounding this virus is deafening, and it will do us all in if we cannot communicate.

Social media is very ineffective for this. We must spread knowledge and unite, with those in our communities, before it is illegal.

These problems have existed since the beginning of time. Yet we survive, and the things, sometimes, even improve.

Whatever outlives our current civilization, will become the seed for the culture of the next civilization. As long as these seeds keep getting sturdier with every cycle, people will eventually become gods.
