Modern society tends to place such hugh standards on people that relatively few will be able to make it to the top. While it is normal for only a few making it to the very top, it is very unethical for the high-class to be taught that they have no responsibility towards anyone outside their own freedom. The current state of the US should teach us a lesson about how morality has been destroyed to the point that despite the ruling groups using the nation for the worst kind of crimes, they don't have much of an opposition when it comes to people outside their dominion. Pop culture is so degenerate that the best thing we can do is focus on our training daily.

People shouldn't be reduced to a point near nomadism, there should be people who you can trust and talk to for advice in your tribes. We have to fight for authorities like that to exist.
