The simple fact is that Recife had that largest share of cases of microcephaly and did not use pyriproxyfen.

It doesn't matter who's trying to solve the crime. It's pyriproxyfen clearly didn't cause the plurality of microcephaly cases, because there wasn't any fucking exposure to pyriproxyfen.

This isn't rocket science.
