Leveraging the situation influence an election is likely just part of the objective. The big picture puts the banking "crisis" with other still-unfolding situations- the (presumed) aftermath of a pandemic that was pretty obviously planned and engineered and not entirely unrelated supply chain issues that have instigated a "necessary" rise in inflation and scarcity of specific items... including food.

Before the SVT hit the fan, we were learning about avian-flu expenses causing further spikes in already inflated egg and poultry costs because it's suddenly necessary to destroy entire flocks to stop that spread (we all know it won't work), and otherwise experiencing multiple pressures placed on the energy sector to combat the favorite pet crisis of globalists, climate change.

The relentless media onslaught of calamity and ever-impending calamity by design stresses rather than informs people. Our keepers of the narrative would have us accept without question the premise that the only meaningful remedy to all these predicaments is government intrusion and control.

Government control of the financial system gives them authority to deny transactions- think about all that they implicate in their climate hoax. AFAIC a total slow-collapse of the banking sector is desired.
