I want you all to go outside concentrate jump as high as you can and transition to flying like superman. You are only limited by what you are told the limits are. This is government's favorite tool. (youtube short explaining the concept by experiment)

I remember after The Matrix movie came out, there were rumors of people breaking all their legs/arms trying to jump off roofs.

In this video clip, they key is that they don't want you to blame the lid they are holding down over your jar. Blame everything else; you could get out, if only you try hard enough.
