The real problem is that humans have a need to hurt and demoralize others. You could never actually "rectally feed" someone, because the body isn't built to work that way. The large colon has the capacity to absorb fluids, but has a very limited capacity to absorb nutrients with the exception of certain electrolytes. Try to keep someone alive by doing this, and they're going to die of malnutrition pretty quickly. But then again humans have a penchant for torture and hate that goes beyond the most execrable satanic behaviors imaginable.

Yeah, we've known for decades that the CIA enjoys sexually humiliating certain kinds of prisoners.

The practice goes back thousands of years. During the Bronze Age, it was common for a conquering king to force a defeated king to give him a rimjob in public.

I think maybe George R.R. Martin put it best: "When you play the game of thrones, you win, or you die."

Don't play that game. Just do drugs and die a nice, natural, pleasant death.
