You can even concede that some racial profiling goes on but only because it's a good heuristic since race is real and blacks are more likely to be criminal based on their gene pool. That plus even with data excluded denying race makes you look like an ass clown to a lot of people just because anyone with any actual experience around other races knows race is real, genetic, and matters without having to do autistic SNP analyses.
