The story of medieval Europe is the triumphant ascendency of the Germanic peoples. Franks, Goths, Vandals, Burgundians, Saxons, Lombards, Vikings, Swabians, Varangians, Normans...

And if you look at a map of America for “second language spoken” or “language spoke at home” 100 years ago, German was as widespread then as Spanish is now. Such things were posted on reddit a few times.

It’s a postscript to our history in Europe but it captures the tragedy of our situation today.

But even if you consider them non-Germanic, they were ruled by the Norman nobility and still ruled by them de jure via the Royalty

The best way to understand the history and culture of the UK is to look into the normans.

IMHO the problem with Germanics is that they are constantly assuming good faith on their opponents and they've also spread themselves too thin. There are german all over the western world. Part of the reason the core continental germanic reich lost WWII is they were fighting germanic soldiers from the americas and germanic soldiers living in russia. It's more about the displacement of the race. We will have a germanic imperlialism once we rediscover our roots. No more brother and cousin wars.

Germans used to be the plurality ethnicity in America until relatively recently (sometime in the 60s or something like that I'm pretty sure; don't quote me on it though). It's pretty crazy how many whites have German lineage.

The French Revolution wasn't Jewish. Stop you look like a clown if you assert that nonsense.

I've heard that Jews were involved in the Revolution. The revolution certainly improved Jewish lives in Europe.

If you go through most of Europe, you'll usually find a Jew involved in most things.

Hell, in the UK, we put them in charge of the Empire's finances.

So we should be Germanic nationalists instead.

The German descended Russian nobility ruled Russia until 1917 when the Jewish Bolsheviks overthrew them. Russia ruled most of Eastern Europe.

Romanovs weren't of German descent

How did Britain even become let's say pro-Jewish before WW2?

The Balkans were ruled by the German Hapsburgs and the Austrian elite. Even post independence, countries like Romania and Bulgaria selected German Kings. Romania was mostly run by Transylvannian Saxons anyway.

The Balkans were ruled by the Ottomans and Germanic countries weren't very supportive of them gaining their freedom. When those kings you mention were appointed (after tha nations of Balkans fought hard for their freedom, the result wasn't always positive, as a Germanic elite followed trying to colonize these countries, similarly to what the French did in Algeria (Bavarocracy). Not to mention that Germany was (and still is) feeling closer to the Ottomans than the oppressed nations of the Ottoman empire.
