The Turks will destroy everything. A cultural cleansing like the ones done in the past is coming.

In 2019, Azerbaijan's destruction of Armenian cultural heritage was described as "the worst cultural genocide of the 21st century" in Hyperallergic, exceeding the destruction of cultural heritage by ISIL. This destruction included "89 medieval churches, 5,840 intricate cross-stones, and 22,000 tombstones"

The population of Artsakh is mostly depopulated now and that was the reason they constantly shelled Stepenakert and other cities- to ethnically cleanse the regions 150k Armenians who are likely not coming back.

I fear for the following sites so I'll leave pictures for you guys to enjoy. It brings me to tears that any race would be so animalistic to destroy sites so beautiful.

-Dadivank Monastery

-Gtichavank Monastery which is already vandalized

-Khunisavank Monastery

-Amaras Monastery

-Yerits Mankants Monastery ruins, seen here beautifully merged with the forests

And many many more that I can link if anyone is interested. Breaks my heart.

That is incredibly sad but do not lose hope, what is lost can be retaken.

They betrayed russia and elected a woke, Liberal gov that sucked up to the west. Thus russia didn't seriously help them. Armenians are also despised in Russia for their sleaze and jew like behavior.

Well uncle Sam left them to dry and the Woke libs neglected defense in favor of russophobia and gender pronouns. You reap What u sow.

The Russians still arrived at the last second And prevented a total collapse. Armenia was defeated by turkish drones. Russian air base in the region easily downed 10 turkishdrones with EW.

If they fully helped, armenia would not have lost. The Russians have in retaliation slaughtered a bunch of turkish pet terrorists in Syria in an air strike

I never supported Pashinyan or the shift to the West but I'm going to call you out on this one:

Armenians are also despised in Russia for their sleaze and jew like behavior.

Cocksucker, you're country is ran by Jewish oligarchs. Look up Armenia's opinion of Jews and see who is enslaved and who is at least free from their bullshit. I fucking loathe whenever someone makes that comparison- we don't have words like "goy" or "gentile". We are always friendly towards outsiders. We have contributed more Russian war heroes, scientists, etc. than any other Oblast/vassal state. How many fucking Armenians have had to die in Russian wars to prove this? Do Jews fight in wars for their countries? Fuck no. But we do.

We've been decimated by millenia of empires using us for their own purposes then disposing of us when we're no longer needed. Having survived since fucking Babylon, this won't be the end of Armenia.

The Russians repeat the history of Orlov revolt.

Turkey's next target will be Greece and Cyprus. There's a widespread feeling that they are going to attack in Aegean sea within a few months.

Are you sure about that? Attacking a member of the eu seems unlikely to me.

They did it by attacking Cyprus in 1974 when both Greece and Turkey were NATO members, they did it by shooting down a helicopter above the Imia islands in 1996, now they have openly declared that they will use their war machine to occupy the oil resources of Aegean Sea. EU has announced sanctions against Russia and Belarus during the last years, but has taken no action agaisnt Turkey.

I still have doubts that Turkey will be involved in an actual conflict against Greece, I'm even sure if they're capable of defeating Greece.

The greek air force is pretty strong. They can hold the air. Greece with assistance from Bulgaria can overrun thrace and take Istanbul.

If nato doesn't help, Russia will happily move in and establish itself there

What's your opinion on the armenian conflict? Do you think that armenia will try to take back what they've lost?

[–]casparvoneverecBig tiddy respecter 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I want to write an elaborate post on the issue

Well, I'll be waiting for it.

This interview offers a lot of insight for that.

EU has announced sanctions against Russia and Belarus during the last years, but has taken no action against Turkey.

The EU would very much like to have Turkey join up. Much easier (legal) immigration for Non-Whites, complete control over the Bosporus and Black Sea, that sweet black gold in the Aegean. They've been sucking up to them for years and were even pulling the race-card (shocker) on people who disagreed to shut down debate. I don't know how Turkey feels about it; I don't see how they'd have much to gain besides increased trade.

[–]arainynightinskyrim[S] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Turkey joining the EU is impossible, nobody wants them in especially Greece.

Do you really think the governing body of the EU actually gives a shit what its member states want?

[–]arainynightinskyrim[S] 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

No but Turkey is literally an enemy of europe and has always been, they need approoval from everybody to let a new member join and the only country that was supportive of Turkey joining was the UK I think.
