Psychotic symptoms can go with bipolar, but the reason he made me think he was bipolar was the kind of effort posts he's been making recently and how he types them up. In this one for instance when I had asked him what influence he thought the saidit community had, he said it was the brain of the movement (alt-right). This in part made me think he was having delusions of grandeur.

I'd suggest you point that out when you bring it up. Do you remember /u/serialbrain2 from the Qtards? He unironically used the kabbalah to make all kinds of crazy claims, and had a large following. If you just bring it up without disavowing, you could be mistaken for a believer.

It is a common fallacy to think that just because we are not religious, that those in power are not religious. With that said, I am agnostic and open minded. I will not outright reject claims, just because I feel that those claims are "nonsense", "stupid", "irrational". I have done that too many times in my life only to be proven wrong.
When those in power use it, I don't reject it outright. Listen, I am 2 links away from the Queen of Denmark and 3 links away from the Queen of Britain. I did extraordinarily well in school and have had jews around me since I was born; it is my IRL experience with jews that have made me very reluctant to alt right views. If proven right, I feared such views would negatively impact my real life relationships. Now I, like most Danes, have always been an atheist and strongly opposed to christianity, judaism and islam, religion in general. I, inwardly, laughed at some of these jews religious behaviours and methods. Back then I thought whites were in complete power all across the world. But I never understood why they would willingly destroy the west with immigration. This is what caused my redpilling. But this also means that I am questioning a lot of other deeply held beliefs that have been ingrained into my mind from I was a child. Things that I "know" is stupid. I understand if others find my views stupid, but just because I present a view, does not mean that I hold that view. It is as much a method for me to test the strength of such views.

So I wont disavow kaballah, when those in power might believe in it. Do you write down your dreams the moment you wake up? Jews do. Ridiculous to do, in my mind. But who am I to say that?

I don't reject flat earth, magic, trolls, giants, dragons, unicorns and so on. It is fine if you do and it is even fine if you think I am crazy for not rejecting such things. In the end, such things have no consequences on the real world or even politics. It is mostly speculation.

Do I think those things are real? No, most likely not.

I gave it a shot, but this is pure insanity. Q stuff was obvious from the beginning. Even when I wasn't alt right yet, I knew that Q was a way for the establishment to misdirect people away from the alt right.

Thanks for this great reply. I have in fact made some shocking (to me) changes in my beliefs over the years after seeing things differently. I agree our thinking patterns can blind us to evidence for phenomena that seems 'very unlikely'.

I do reject flat earth, because you have to draw a line somewhere between what's real and what's a cognitive malfunction in some people's brains. Flatters in particular will never engage with ball earth concepts like seasons, the visual appearance of the moon, and such. Could the earth still be flat despite them effectively promoting ball earth? Sure, if flat earth were the biggest conspiracy in the history of our species, and hundreds of millions of our fellow humans were 'in on it'. I rate that as so unlikely that I outright reject it. But I would change my mind if presented with convincing evidence. (Maybe the 'weak-argument' flatters are evidence of the conspiracy?)

I've had many extended exchanges with the flatters, as I do have an interest in uncovering beliefs that may be wrong. America doesn't really have much of a history with trolls, giants, and dragons, so I don't know much about those.

Different wavelengths of sound and light do have different effects on us. However, assigning numbers to letters by various schemes, then doing math with those numbers, seems more like human imagination, even if there were a basis in the powers of sound sequences. Now I am a little more curious about exactly what the kabbalah claims to be or do.

I personally dislike that Torba pushes things at you in Gab News that is so obviously partisan, it use to be easy to argue that Gab was just a free speech website like minds but now it is an obvious conservative website.

I maybe a bit naive but I personally do believe Torba does believe the stuff he says on Gab. Evola and Alex Jones are not that contradictory since they believe in many magical / supernatural things. Evola did hate Christianity but he does have overall similar beliefs to evangelical / fundamentalist Christians to be quoted like denying evolution, supporting a non-materialist worldview, conservative politics etc. Didn't Bannon also quote Evola?
