Not exactly what you're looking for but here's a link to a list of medical practitioner hearings from the UK. Very diverse.

By sex, may have links, but from 1992

DOES DIVERSITY MATTER FOR HEALTH? EXPERIMENTAL EVIDENCE FROM OAKLAND

Our findings suggest black doctors could reduce the black-white male gap in cardiovascular mortality by 19%.

Physician race explains approximately 45% of the cross-sectional variation and is highly significant

Demographics of Disciplinary Action by the Medical Board of California (2003-2013)

page 11 of pdf

In the end, physician race does appear to be related to the pattern of complaints, investigations and discipline. After controlling for a number of other variables, Latino/a and Black physicians were more likely to receive complaints, to see those complaints escalate to investigations and Latino/a physicians were more likely to see those investigations result in disciplinary outcomes. On the other hand, some other minority physicians—in particular Asian physicians—actually saw reduced likelihoods of receiving complaints, or of those complaints escalating to investigations. These observations were robust even after controlling for age, gender, board certification, and number of hours spent on patient care.

I wouldn’t mind having an East Asian doc, especially Japanese or Korean. I know they aren’t there because an aggrieved group bitched enough about getting affirmative action.

Thank you! That pdf is especially helpful and exactly what I am looking for.

If a black doctor has 3 white grandparents, and somehow is black, then that doc is fine.

If a black doctor has 2 white gps, then it’s a little iffy but probably okay.

If a black doctor has 1 or 0 white gps, it’s likely he went to some med college in Zimbabwe or Burkina Faso and bribed their BS college into granting a medical degree.
