What happened to Anatoly Karlin?

I mean I remember him as some kind of contrarian troll/Putinist alt-right clown, but then today I stumbled on his post titled "Why Jail is Programmed for All Rightoids" (lol - link: https://akarlin.com/jail-for-rightoids/), so I decided to look whether RationalWiki has an entry for him. And it surely exists!

I didn't got to know him so sorry, but if there's anyone I'm worried about in the alt-right is /u/Alphix. Does anyone know what happened to him? Easily one of the best users on Saidit too.

He got mad people were making fun of the powers of sperm retention so he fucked off to Reddit. He's u/Alphix He was https://old.reddit.com/user/horrux on reddit but is suspended now.

There was a big lull in chat. I linked a discussion about this topic, hoping that people might say WHETHER OR NOT they might be interested in commenting the conversation. Instead, they started attacking me as a die-hard proponent of what was discussed, while in fact, I only sought to rescuscitate the good chat we had been having.

Surrounding myself with shitheads is not productive. Sadly, it's become harder and harder to do. People seem to lack any kind of nuance to their minds or communications, so I don't waste my time.

Two shitheads in particular misconstrued my proposing the topic for being a die-hard proponent of the method, and started attacking me for that. One of them wasn't even around when I posted the link either. Anyway, I don't want to waste my breath talking to angry, self-righteous, delusional fucking morons. It doesn't take many to ruin a site.

I hope he eventually comes back. While there's more people at reddit, what matters the most is creating organic communities with sophisticated intelligence and you can't do that on reddit without eventually being censored.

He's badmouthing Unz in the linked post too (though I just skimmed it, didn't read in full) - I think he's intelligent but is a troll in original sense, aims to extract emotional reaction from people that is.
