That's what pharmacy technicians have to do constantly, call back doctors because they can't read the writing. Or because the medication doesn't exist. Or it might kill the patient.

Smart people have bad handwriting because their brain works faster than their hands can.

While true in some circumstances, this instance might be because they're getting close to the 5 minute limit per patient.
