Sure, but nobody is teaching her, and uh... she doesn't strike me as the self learning type. She obviously has issues with spatial orientation, the rotation of the car and knowing where the gas tank would be, and the distance she's trying to keep from the pump -- she's probably worried about hitting it. Girl needs to be practicing in an empty parking lot with cones.

I agree, the driving tests in the US are too lax. Most places here, cars are not optional, they're a necessity to get around, so people need their licenses even if they're shit drivers. There are so many terrible drivers who should not be on the road, or at least need a remedial driving course.

One particular intersection I'm at a lot, you can fit a dozen cars through one green light if they're all on the ball. Warms my heart when that happens. If even one idiot does something like unnecessarily brake or is slow to notice the light change, it can be as few as 3 cars. And that's just a turn people routinely fuck up with bad fundamentals, not everything people do is as harmless.

She could have stolen that car, should have called the cops.
