These "trans people" do not just want to be treated like everyone else-- they want people's attention on their fetish.

I just can't see any other explanation for this. What on earth goes through these people's heads when they imagine wearing this? "Wow, they must know I am trans!"?

What's more... is that they won't even be able to see the shirt as they wear it. It is all about OTHER people's perception of them as a woman. It's about being seen by OTHERS as a woman... not about some internal feeling of being a women.

I think it's both. Like you see most of them erect when they're alone and cross-dressing, at least in those early years.

That's true, the sexual gratification is a driving force for people with a fetish. But, even then, they get off to how they appear externally, presumably. Or I suppose to their own internal perception of themself as a woman.

Personally I think that's not fetish gear, it's proof that the males who go through this tend to have an abnormally powerful drive for attention-seeking behavior.
