“Just as we do on any line of reporting, we will assess the newsworthiness of the material once we receive it.”

Ohhhhh. So for a moment there I thought the NYT was actually doing some investigative journalism. My bad for thinking that.

They won't publish anything. They're just hoarding blackmail material in case of any future dispute. Typical upper class media bullshit move.

NYT in 2020: "Hunter Biden scandal? What Hunter Biden scandal? We don't see any Hunter Biden scandal. No Hunter Biden scandal here, no sirree."

NYT in 2021: "But seriously, now that Drumpf is gone, wtf was up with that Hunter Biden scandal? Are those photos of him smoking crack, real? Are those emails of him accepting bribes from Ukrainian and Chinese companies, real? Isn't that basically what we've been alleging about the Trump family, but without any evidence?"

Biden: "I'll see you in court."

Hunter could be caught red handed with a hooker he just murdered covered in blood with the knife still in his hand and nothing would happen to him and the media would spin it to make hunter look like a hero.

"hunter biden tries to revive prostitute that committed suicide"

It's not his fault he was slicing tomatoes at the time.

it sounds like really they're looking for info on Rudy Giuliani, who tried to find dirt on Hunter Biden concerning what he did in Ukraine. Of course when they find that info it would also be info that involves Hunter so this report title is technically true but leaves out key info.

I was wondering why the NYT would do something like this...
