Humanity has become completely worthless and needs a reboot.

Yes, but not just any reboot, or things may just go the same way or worse. If humanity gets the reboot the global elite have planned that presumably will not improve things, even though most people deserve exactly that.

The test in the last year was the covid insanity imposed on humanity by the satanic globalists.

It's a test of discernment. (https://charltonteaching.blogspot.com/search?q=litmus) If it didn't at least shake you out of your stupor, you are most likely lost.

Most people outside of modern culture seemed fairly harmless.

Those who truly are outside modern culture truly are harmless. But they are also powerless and mostly invisible. Today, there are very few left outside modern culture. Even many members of fringe religious groups are within modern culture. The evidence of this is in their assumptions about reality and consequent attitude toward world events. If one accepts the worldview of the dominant culture and globalist media, one is within modern culture. Any affiliation one has with self-identified fringe religious or political groups is then superficial, inconsequential.

But now these masses of people around the world are following the orders of Satan/evil through the chain of command starting with the global elite, who instruct politicians and the media, who guide the masses. So today the masses around the world are following evil

They are following Satan/evil because they have accepted its basic assumptions about reality and rejected responsibility/free will/being made in God's image. Namely, the assumption that nothing matters, so you are not responsible for anything, so you may as well live out the rest of your life according to hedonism or expedience or resentment. They are not all following with equal enthusiasm or with equal gullibility. But ultimately, they have chosen their side. (see above link)

The chain of command you've named from Satan/evil through the global elite and its middle managers down to the masses is accurate, because life is always a top-down affair, and it works the same way with good. There can be be grassroots action, but only with proper spiritual hierarchy and religious leadership.

True. I'm all for accelerationism. the sooner civilization collapses the more likely some of us will remember valuable information.

I told my wife that if the political situation doesn't change and I lose my job as government consultant (guess how hard I work), I'd just go on welfare and be as much of a leech on this society as possible (although it's hard to beat being a government consultant).

What should decent people do?

FIRST: TURN OFF YOUR TV

Be kind. Work to help others. Show up and let the people around you know you care and you're here for them. Do tasks that take your mind off the problems we all face and try not to summarize those problems in terms of mass global problems. 9/10 times they're blown out of proportion by media.

Don't underestimate the power of this universe to affect goodness and change for the better. Yes we're dealing with some evil shit but don't discredit all of us that have good hearts, care about one another and want the ideas of rational thought and global prosperity to overcome.

Remember, yes they want to rule the world, but they're not very smart, nor are they very powerful. It's amazing to see the impact the smallest group can have on their agenda. Find ways to impact their efforts for the good of mankind but don't give up.

I don't have a TV.

My views don't come from the media. I recently visited Mexico and Costa Rica and both are in bad shape. That is how I know that the world has gone to hell.

"Good hearts" is pretty vague. I can't find evidence of almost anyone doing anything good in this world. And by "good" I don't just mean politically or morally. I mean even making anything good like a good house or good software. As far as I can tell, humanity now only produces crap.

I know some of the bad guys and they are smart. I talked to Bill Gates at length about programming when I interviewed at Microsoft, and he is smart but couldn't care less about quality. My parents knew George Soros quite well (Hungarian Jews) and he is very smart. It is a serious mistake to underestimate the intelligence of the global elite.

I also knew some good intelligent people, but they went insane or killed themselves. A key challenge is to develop intelligence among the good guys. As far as I can tell, all those who oppose the globalists are morons, and this is very unfortunate.

Dude. A call for genocide? Even Hitler didn't want to kill that many people.

Seek help. You've been demoralized, Yuri Berezemov style. There is much good in this world. And it's worth fighting for.

"Morals - all correct moral laws - derive from the instinct to survive. Moral behavior is survival behavior above the individual level. Correct morality can only be derived from what man is - not from what do-gooders and well-meaning aunt Nellies would like him to be."

-- Heinlein

A call for genocide? Even Hitler didn't want to kill that many people.

Correct. Hitler was far less murderous than those who rule the world today.

You've been demoralized, Yuri Berezemov style.

It seems you are demoralized exactly in the way Bezmenov described. The phrase "seek help" is especially telling.

There is much good in this world. And it's worth fighting for.

There is not much good in this world, if by world you mean people. Hitler was right about one thing: "Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live." There is nothing sacred about mere existence.

[Heinlein quote]

I haven't read the book, but I assume he was talking about natural law. If so, I agree.

Moral behavior is survival behavior above the individual level. [Heinlein]

Right, this is key.

I will leave genocide to God. My only contribution will be to pray for the extermination of most of humanity.

There is much good in this world.

Then show me some. I can't find any.

How to change the world, properly. Truth is the proper route to societal improvement -- and that starts with the individual.

Of course, that statement is valid, if understood in a traditional way. I suspect, though, you mean just the opposite.

Well it appears you have been well and truly demoralized. I wish you didn't have an unhappy life and want to share your unhappiness. I'm sorry your life is like this. I hope it gets better.

Are you being sincere? Do you really wish this to a stranger you've never met or are you just being sanctimonious in the usual modern style?

Is remaining in 'the matrix' and believing you're enjoying a steak really preferable to living in reality, no matter how unpleasant?

[–]wary_observer 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

What does really mean? If you assume nothing is really real (an absurdity/oxymoron), then of course, Cipher's choice is preferable. It seems our guest above has made his choice.

[–]Node 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I assume there are levels of reality apprehension, and would prefer to level up as far as possible.

[–]wary_observer 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

A worthy goal.

at least 90% of humanity deserves to be exterminated.

It's only recently I began seeing this is the necessary solution for our species. Also have agreed with 'Uncle Ted' more and more about the effects of technology on humans. Maybe if we could have stopped with basic electricity, and put the kibosh on industrialization?

some fringe religious group that isn't completely depraved

Any examples you've run across?

You can always join the Amish.

I visited some conservative Mennonite churches before covid that seemed promising. They aren't depraved but don't offer enough resistance. I plan to make this trip next weekend to investigate another option.

People have faith in Western medicine because Western medicine has greatly improved the people's life expectancy over the last couple of centuries. The real thing that Covid exposes is how little people today care about practicing their religion. In the past people would rather be burnt at the stake than give up practicing their religion. Today, people will readily cease practicing their religion because of any small threat to their safety.

Brutal blackpill man. Apparently the Mormons are all ready to roll with a new and improved deep state. They've got their own food supplies and off the grid farms and all of that shit.

[–]Node 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun -  (2 children)

The Mormons have some great ideals, but they'd be so much more attractive if they weren't based on a faked religion with those 'golden tablets'.

[–]Chipit 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

If it produces good results and a healthy, fertile culture, is it really a bad thing they have the golden tablets?

Here's an interesting thinker who goes into what it means beyond the surface level of religions. They have to have that golden tablets stuff because they have to appeal to everyone, from dumb to smart. Once you go past the surface level, it gets really deep and appeals to heavy thinkers. But - you have to take the shiny wrapping paper off and get to the center of it all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hH0W2f5Hxqk

And the blackpills keep dropping!
