Bigger companies like Chipoltle have to publish their portion sizes. It's not difficult to weigh your food.
If it's underportioned, contact your state's "Weights and Measurements" office with the information. They send an agent out there to order the food. If it's underportioned, the agency deals them a hefty fine. Trust me your food vendor would way rather make you a fat burrito.
